30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

How to Start a Return

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Please do not send any items back without first contacting our support team, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@solemora.store so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before initiating the process.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or style, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
